Client Header Branding allows you to choose what clients see in the top-left corner of their Waterlily experience. You can display either your Organization Name or your Logo.
Branding Options
Organization Name
When this option is selected, the white-label organization name you previously set will appear in the top-left corner of the client experience.
Note: Organization Name is selected by default.
Logo
If you prefer to display your organization's logo instead, select Logo under Client Header Branding.
Your uploaded logo will appear in place of your organization name.

Whether you choose Organization Name or Logo, your selected branding will appear in the top-left corner when clients:

View their planning experience and results
How to Change Your Client Header Branding
Go to Advisor Profile from the side navigation menu.
Under the Profile tab, scroll down until you locate Client Header Branding.
Choose the branding option you would like clients to see:
Organization name
Logo
If you select Logo, upload your organization logo under Organization Logo (Whitelabel).
Your selected branding will then be shown in the top-left corner of your clients' Waterlily experience.

Tips
For the best appearance, upload a PNG or SVG with a transparent background. Your logo file must be 150 KB or smaller.
Make sure the logo itself fills most of the image area. A file can have large dimensions but still appear small if there is too much empty or transparent space around the logo. Crop out unnecessary space before uploading.
For the best results, use a horizontal or compact logo, avoid very thin text or small details, and preview the logo after uploading to confirm it appears at the desired size.
If you choose to display your Organization Name instead of a logo, you can also update your White Label Name in your profile settings to control the name shown to you and your clients.
