How consumers can access their Waterlily predictions

This knowledge base is provided by Waterlily's licensed subsidiary, Wealth Assurance Group.

Clients who are working with an advisor may be invited into Waterlily through a separate advisor-led flow. If you are a consumer who is not working with an advisor and are using Waterlily on your own, follow the steps below to receive your predictions and results.

Navigate to waterlily.com.

From the website, click any Start for Free button to begin.

When prompted to choose how you want to continue, select the first option "For Myself or a Loved One".

This is the correct option for consumers using Waterlily on their own, without an advisor.

Fill out the requested details to continue.

Make sure the email address you enter is one you can access, because this is where Waterlily will send your results after you complete the intake form.

After entering your details, you will be asked to complete the intake form. Answer the intake form as accurately as you can. Your predictions are based on the answers you provide.

Please note that once you submit the intake form, you cannot edit your answers anymore.

After you complete and submit the intake form, Waterlily will send your results to the email address you entered earlier. Open that email and click "access your results".

If you can't find the email with the link to your results, please check your spam and/or promotions folders to see if the email got caught there. If you still can't find it, then you can also access your results by clicking on this link: https://accounts.app.waterlily.com/sign-in

You'll be asked to enter your email address. This should be the same email address that you used when you submitted your intake form.

You'll then be asked to confirm your email using a one-time code for verification.

You will be taken to a Waterlily sign-in page where your email address may already be pre-filled.

If it is not pre-filled, enter the same email address you used on your intake form, then click Continue.

Waterlily will send a verification link to your email address.

Open that email and click the sign-in link.

If you do not receive the link right away, you can request a new one, but this option becomes available only after one minute.

Note: If you do not see the verification link right away, check your spam or junk folder as well.

After clicking the verification link, you will be signed in.

You can close the original tab that was opened for the verification link request.

After entering your verification code, you may be taken to a Select a profile page. To continue, click anywhere on your profile box to open your results. This means you can click any part of the profile card.

Alternatively, if you hover over the profile box, an arrow will appear, and you can click that as well.

Once you open your profile, you will be taken to your long-term care results.

To move through your results, use the dedicated Next button in the bottom-right corner of the page.

Continue using Next and Back to move through each section of your plan.
