You can update the email address you use to log in from your Advisor Profile Settings. For security, you’ll verify both your current email address and the email address you want to change to.
Steps
From your dashboard, go to Advisor Profile in the left-side menu.
You’ll be brought to the Profile tab by default. Under Login Information, click Change email.
A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your current registered email address. Enter the code you received, then click Verify.
Enter the email address you want to use for your login. Click Send code.
A new 6-digit verification code will be sent to the email address you want to change to. Enter the code from your new email address, then click Confirm change.
Once confirmed, you’ll see a message that your email has been updated. Click Done.
You should now see the updated email address under Login Information in your Advisor Profile.
