Here’s how to make the most of your dashboard:

Client Filtering and Sorting

The dashboard offers multiple ways to filter and sort your client lists, providing a clear and organized view. You can filter clients by:

  • Client Name: Sort client names alphabetically, either ascending (A-Z) or descending (Z-A), making it quick to locate a specific client or set of clients by name.

  • Organization: Clients can be filtered by their associated organization, allowing advisors to select one or multiple organizations to display on their dashboard. This feature is particularly helpful for organizations like BGAs, FMOs, or IMOs who manage multiple advisor or agent accounts under the same organization or need to track clients linked to specific entities.

  • Status: Clients can be filtered by the current status of their LTC plan, allowing you to quickly find the clients that are top of mind.

  • Stage: Clients can be filtered by their relationship stage, such as Undefined, Alumni, Client, Lead, Partner, or Prospect. This allows you to organize and view clients based on their current stage in your business relationship, making it easier to tailor communications, track progress, and manage client interactions effectively. Learn more about relationship stages here.

  • Email: Clients can be organized by their email addresses, displayed in either ascending or descending order. This feature helps streamline the process of locating specific clients and managing communications.

  • Added Date: View clients in order of their onboarding date. This can be set to show the most recent clients first or sorted from the earliest to the latest, allowing you to focus on new or long-standing clients as needed.

  • Date Range: Aside from the Added Date filtering

  • Referral Source Filter: Clients can be filtered by their referral source, allowing you to view clients based on how they discovered your services. You can select one or multiple referral sources, helping you quickly analyze and manage clients based on the most effective referral channels, such as events, past client recommendations, or partnerships. Learn more about referral sources here.

  • Additionally, you can search for clients by name or email using the search bar at the top of the dashboard, positioned for quick access.

Partner Visibility

To streamline family-centered care planning, the dashboard shows each client’s partner directly on the main view. This visibility makes it easy to identify spouses and family links at a glance, simplifying household management and coordination between related clients.

Client Status Tracking

The Status feature helps you set and track progress markers for each client, aiding in the onboarding and review process. Available status options include:

  • Client Started Review

  • Client Completed Review

  • Algorithms Finished Running

  • Start Onboarding

  • Initial Contact Made

  • Review Completed Together

  • Requested Meeting

  • Review Started Together

  • Review Call Scheduled

  • Representative Assigned

  • Started Intake Form

  • Intake Form Incomplete

These statuses provide a snapshot of where each client is in their journey. Sorting and filtering by status enables you to manage follow-ups effectively and track clients’ progress through each planning stage.

Tip: Organize clients by status to make it easier to manage interactions and keep clients on track through each stage of their planning journey.

Sample Clients

You will also find 4 sample clients to help you explore the platform. You can hide these sample clients by clicking the "Sample Clients" button.

Date Range Added:

Aside from the Added Date filter, you can also use the Date Range button to filter specific clients who have been added on a specific date. You can customize the Date Range and you can also use the preset ranges on the left.

Note: Added Date Filter and Date Range Button will include clients also that have been invited but not yet completed the intake form.

Customizable Column Visibility

The dashboard allows you to choose which columns appear, such as Organization, Partner, Statuses, Relationship Stage, Email, Added Date and Referral Source. This customization helps you tailor the display to prioritize the information most relevant to your workflow, whether you prefer a minimalistic or detailed view.

Press the EYE button in your dashboard. Check means that the column is shown, uncheck to hide the specific column.

Note: Refresh Button is added at the top aside from your internet browser's refresh button. So, whenever you're with your client and they have completed the intake form, you can just simply click the refresh button to refresh your Dashboard.

Pagination for Easier Navigation

The dashboard uses pagination to display a set number of clients per page, making scrolling more manageable, especially for extensive client lists. Pagination ensures the dashboard remains responsive and easy to navigate, allowing you to switch between pages smoothly.

Note: Each page displays up to 10 clients at a time, allowing you to browse through client records in manageable segments.

Client Walkthrough Video

To help you quickly get started, a tutorial video is now available directly on the top-left corner of your Client Dashboard. This video walks you through the different ways to invite clients into Waterlily—whether individually by email, in bulk, or using a reusable link.
